The Office of the City Civil Registrar welcomed the Office of the Municipal Registrar of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte headed by its Acting Municipal Civil Registrar Diobein C. Flores, EdD., DPA, PhD for a Benchmarking and Immersion of Best Practices on Local Civil Registry Offices held on November 21, 2024. 

The Office generously shared its digital innovations and developed strategies that simplified and systemized the civil registry services in Tagum City.
