Project CO: Service Caravan for Tagumenyos kicks off at Brgy.Magdum and Brgy. Pandapan

The Office of the City Civil Registrar was delighted to have catered the civil registry needs of Tagumenyos during the “Project CO – Caring for Others: SERVICE CARAVAN FOR TAGUMENYOS” conducted by the City Government of Tagum at Brgy. Magdum and Brgy. Pandapan.

The said event took place at Col. Rosalio Saludares Elementary School and Pandapan Integrated School, respectively, where several Tagumenyos have availed of the various services:

• Late Registration of Birth;

• Application for Marriage License;

• Correction of Clerical Error;

• Legitimation;

• Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father; and

• Requests for PSA Copy of Birth/Marriage/Death Certificate;

During the caravan, the Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office also facilitated the applications for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration, printing of ePhilIDs, and replacement of damaged National ID.
