Shoppers avail of Mobile Civil Registration services at Gaisano Mall of Tagum

To highlight the 34th Civil Registration Month celebration in Tagum City, the Office of the City Civil Registrar collaborated again with the shopping malls to provide venues for the conduct of Mobile Civil Registration (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project) and Maling Dokumento Mo, I-Wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program to be done on the four (4) Saturdays of February.

Last February 24, 2024 at the Gaisano Mall of Tagum, hundred Tagumenyos and residents from other cities and municipalities availed of civil registry services like:

• Late Registration of Birth through PBRAP; 

• Correction of Clerical Error and Change of First Name;

• Affidavit of Legitimation;

• Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father; and 

• Free Legal Consultation.

To provide more services, the Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office was invited by the office to facilitate an on-site Registration for Philippine ID and issuance of printed ePhilIDs.

This was to give time and opportunity to working Tagumenyos to attend to their civil registration needs and concerns.
