CCRO Tagum City discusses the Civil Registration Laws at Tagum City Parole and Probation Office
In pursuit of bringing civil registry services closer to Tagumenyos, Acting City Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney, once again, graced the invitation of Tagum City Parole and Probation Office to give lecture about Civil Registration Laws and related concerns of the probationers and parolees, collectively called as “Family”, held at Pagbabago Hall, Center for Justice and Transformation, 2nd Floor, Old SP Building, Tagum City on February 20, 2024.
Among the topics that Ms. McCartney discussed in the said lecture were as follows:
Importance of Birth Certificate;
PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Program (PBRAP);
Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father;
Process of Legitimation;
Simulated Birth Rectification Act; and
Other Concerns related to Birth and Marriage Certificates
