Local Civil Registry of Tagum conducts Conference for Stakeholders and Partners

Aiming to provide seamless services and avoid the recurrence of unnecessary actions among their common clients, the Office of the City Civil Registrar convened its Partners and Stakeholders from the National Line Agencies for a conference last February 6, 2024 at the AVR 4, Tagum City Hall. 


This initiative was conducted to capacitate our esteemed Partners and Stakeholders from the DFA, PNP, PRC, DepEd, GSIS, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF – Pagibig, LTO, Civil Service Commission, and City Human Resource Management Office in the effective and efficient implementation of civil registration laws and procedures, and keep them abreast with the civil registration updates.


In this conference, Chief Statistical Specialist Pepito D. Amoyen of PSA Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office, thoroughly discussed the “Process of Authentication of Civil Registry Documents Pursuant to the Data Privacy Act” and “Salient Points of Permanent Validity of the Certificates of Live Birth, Death, and Marriage Act.”


This activity also served as an avenue for the CCRO to discuss the “Issues and Concerns on Civil Registry Documents” encountered by the National Line Agencies, and to promote its basic services and latest digital innovation, “Tagum City eRehistro: Your Civil Registrar Online”, which can be accessed anywhere and anytime through www.ccrotagum.com.
