CCRO in partnership with CEEO, conducts Mobile Civil Registration

The City Civil Registrar's Office, in collaboration with the City Economic Enterprises Office, is presently conducting a Mobile Civil Registration and "Maling Dokumento Mo, Iwasto Ko (MDMIK) Program" at 2/F, Module III, Tagum City Overland Transport Integrated Terminal (TCOTIT). Services offered: 

1. Free Registration of Birth (Birth Registration Assistance Project);

2. Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); 

3. Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (RA 9255);

4. Legitimation (RA 9255); 

5. Application for Marriage License; and

6. Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.

The PSA Davao del Norte also facilitates an on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 1 year old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs. 

On December 18 (Wednesday), same services will be offered at 2/F, New Administrative Building, City Economic Enterprises Office, Sto. Niño, Magugpo West, Tagum City.
