CCRO Tagum offers Mobile Civil Registration services during the National Solo Parents Day

In collaboration with the City Government of Tagum through the City Social Welfare and Development Office and active participation of the City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO), the Tagum City Solo Parents Association celebrated the “National Solo Parents Day” last April 26, 2024 at Energy Park Gymnasium.

During the said event, the CCRO conducted Mobile Civil Registration (Philsys Birth Registration Assistance Project) and Maling Dokumento Mo Iwasto Ko (MDMIK) Program for solo parents and their families.

Among the civil registry services availed of during the activity were: Late Registration of Birth; Correction of Clerical Error; Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father; Legitimation; and Requests for PSA copies of Birth Certificates.

Alongside CCRO, the PSA Davao del Norte was also invited to facilitate an on-site Registration for Philippine ID and to print the ePhilIDs.
