Barangay Magdum celebrates its 77th founding anniversary with CCRO Tagum offering a slew of Civil Registration services
To participate in the celebration of the 77th Araw ng Barangay Magdum, the Office of the City Civil Registrar held its Mobile Civil Registration and “Maling Dokumento Mo, I-wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program” at Brgy. Magdum Gymnasium.
Free Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
Application for Marriage License;
Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and
Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.
The Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office also facilitated an on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs.
