Students avails Mobile Civil Registration services during "Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan Fair"

In partnership with Department of Labor and Employment - Davao del Norte Field Office and St. Mary’s College of Tagum, Inc., the City Public Education and Employment Services Office conducted a “Job Fair” at Immaculate Conception Hall, St. Mary’s College, Tagum City.

Likewise, the Office of the City Civil Registrar facilitated a “Mobile Civil Registration” to offer civil registry services, such as: 

1.Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project); 

2.Application for Marriage License; 

3.Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and 

4.Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate. 

The Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office was also invited in the said activity to facilitate an on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and issuance of printed ePhilIDs.
