The Office of the Civil Registrar receives another award for being the REGIONAL WINNER of the “2023 Search for Outstanding Government Workers: CSC Pag-asa Award – Group Category” during the Honor Awards Program (HAP) Regional Recognition and Awards Rite conducted by the Civil Service Commission – Region XI.
