PSA RO-XI Recognizes CCRO Tagum as "Outstanding Partner and Stakeholder"

The City of Tagum was recognized as one of the Outstanding Partners in Civil Registration (LGU Category) during the "2023 Davao Region Outsatnding PSA Stakeholders' Appreciation Ceremony" conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XI on October 23, 2023 at the Acacia Hotel, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City.

The recognition was received by no less than Mayor Rey T. Uy, who was accompanied by Acting City Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney.

During the ceremony, Mayor Uy also received the awards as the Champion in the 2023 Most Innovative Local Civil Registry Office and Rank 1 in the 2022 Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office given by the Philippine Statistics Authority in Bacolod City.

On his acceptance speech, the Mayor emphasized that the most important award is seeing the smiles of the people upon receiving the services given by the government.
