The Office of the City Civil Registrar was delighted to have facilitated the union of eleven (11) lovely couples who vowed to love and respect each other as husbands and wives before their solemnizing officer, Hon. Rey T. Uy, on October 12, 2023 at the Meditation House, City Hall Complex.
