Mobile Civil Registration and PhilSys Awareness: PSA DavNor partners with Marine Manicad Productions International and CCRO Tagum

The Philippine Statistics Authority Provincial Statistical Office, in partnership with its service provider, the Marine ManicadProductions International (MMPI), conducted promotional and registration activities to increase awareness about the Republic Act 11055, otherwise known as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Act.

As one of the PSA’s partners and stakeholders, the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐫, along with the representatives from the Philippine National Police, the Social Security System, and the Landbank of the Philippines, was invited to deliver testimonial message regarding the implementation of PhilSys and to promote the use of PhilID and ePhilID to all its transacting clients.

During the activity, the Office of the City Civil Registrar also conducted a Mobile Civil Registration (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project) and provided immediate remedies to various problems and concerns related to the birth certificates of the PSA’s clients who applied for National ID on that day.

The office also promoted the its basic services and latest digital innovation, "eRehistro: Your Civil Registrar Online", which includes online services such as: late registration of birth, application for marriage license, registration of death, “eRehistro: Batang Tagumenyo”, and “Maling Dokumento Mo, Iwasto Ko”, and can be accessed 24/7 at www.ccrotagum.com.

The office also facilitated the PSA’s request to the City Government of Tagum for logistics support such as the use of the venue, tables, chairs, lights, sounds, stage and LED wall, and security assistance during the activity.
