Residents of Brgy. La Filipina benefited from the Service Caravan for Tagumenyos

Gidagsa sa katawhan sa Barangay La Filipina ang Project Caring for Others: “SERVICE CARAVAN FOR TAGUMENYOS” nga gipahitabo kadtong niaging Sabado, July 15, sa La Filipina Elementary School.

Subay sa pagdumala ni #ActionMan Mayor Rey T. Uy ug sa #AksyonAgad nga serbisyo para sa dakbayan sa Tagum, nakaangkon ang katawhan sa mga libreng serbisyo sa matang sa Health, Legal, Social Welfare, PEESO, Veterinary, Agriculture, PNP, Business Name Registration, ug Civil Registration.

Hatod sa City Civil Registrar’s Office ang mga nag-unang serbisyo para sa publiko sa mga panginahanglanon sa Civil Registration. Adunay libreng late registration sa Birth Certificate pinaagi sa programang PBRAP. Mihatag usab ang opisina ug serbisyo para sa Petition for Correction of Clerical Errors, Petition for Change of First Name, Affidavit of Legitimation, Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father, ug Application for Marriage License. Uban usab kanato ang Philippine Statistics Authority para sa pagparehistro sa Philsys National ID.
