10 Couples Tied the Knot in a Civil Wedding

The Office of the City Civil Registrar welcomes the year 2023 by facilitating the “Kasalan ni Mayor” this morning, with no less than Mayor Rey T. Uy solemnizing the ceremony attended by ten (10) lovely couples.

Mayor Uy also advocates for the correct and proper registration of birth certificate which he emphasized to the couples during the ceremony.
