Forum for Medical Clerks administered by Office of the City Civil Registrar

To ensure fast, efficient, and accurate processing of Birth and Death Certificates in Tagum City, the Office of the City Civil Registrar (CCRO) initiated a Forum for Medical Clerks last February 17, 2023, at the CCRO Conference Room. This activity is line with the celebration of the 33rd Civil Registration Month.

The forum became an avenue for the various medical institutions such as hospitals, lying-inns, and birthing homes to be introduced with the Enhanced Tagum City Local Civil Registry System, a system developed and conceptualized by the CCRO, and is shared for free with the said establishments for their preparation of Birth and Death Certificates and will also serve as their database.

This innovation will mutually benefit the medical institutions and the CCRO as the data will be automatically transmitted to the CCRO to avoid errors and duplication of works.
