CCRO Tagum turns over its Extended Local Civil Registry System to Tagum Global Medical Center, Inc.

In creating a strong partnership, the City Government of Tagum, through the Office of the City Civil Registrar, officially turned-over the Extended Tagum City Local Civil Registry System (eTCLCRS) to the Tagum Global Medical Center, Inc.

The eTCLCRS is a digital innovation conceptualized and developed by the CCRO for hospitals and maternity clinics operating in Tagum City to ensure the accuracy in the preparation and systemize the processing of Birth and Death Certificates, which guarantees timeliness and convenience to the Office of the City Civil Registrar, the hospitals, and their common clients.

In this turn-over ceremony, the eTCLRCS was provided "free of charge" to the Tagum Global Medical Center, Inc., which can be utilized also as a database wherein their records can be permanently kept for years. The CCRO personnel also conducted coaching and demonstration of the eTCLCRS’ features and functionalities to the hospital’s administrative, financial, and medical records officers.
