L O O K : Medical Records Officers and other stakeholders from the different hospitals and medical institutions in the city convened at the City Hall last September 7, 2022, as the Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted a Conference to capacitate and update them on Civil Registry Laws and Special Laws affecting the Civil Status of the Filipinos in order to improve the quality, accuracy, and credibility of various civil registry documents that are initially processed within their respective institutions.

Digitalized procedures for easier processing of civil documents as well as the newly launched online registry portal of the City Civil Registrar’s Office – the Tagum City eRehistro were also introduced during the conference aiming to deliver excellent civil registry services for the benefit of every Tagumenyo.
