Tagum City LCR conducted a cross learning tour at the City Archives and Records Office (CARO) of the City Government of Davao

Aiming to establish a records and archival management office for the City Government of Tagum as mandated under RA 9470 or the National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007, a team from LGU Tagum composed of personnel from the City Civil Registrar’s Office led by Acting Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney and personnel from the City Architect’s Office led by City Architect Louella May Apurada-Dumadag conducted a cross learning tour at the state-of-the-art City Archives and Records Office (CARO) of the City Government of Davao on October 26, 2022.

The group also made a courtesy call to the City Civil Registrar’s Office at the City Hall of Davao.

Special thanks to Davao CARO headed by its office in-charge Mari Grace Nabong for graciously accommodating the group during the visit.
