CCRO conducts Conference for Special Project and Management (SPM), Speakers' Bureau and Community Workers

To capacitate them as Partners in the effective and efficient implementation of civil registration laws in Tagum City, the Office of the City Civil Registrar initiated a Conference for the Special Project and Management, Speaker’s Bureau, and Community Workers in LGU at the AVR 4, Tagum City Hall.

In this conference, City Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney thoroughly discussed the guidelines for Registration of Birth, Death, and Marriage, Legitimation of non-marital children, Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father, Petition for Correction of Clerical Errors, and the recent Revised Guidelines of Delayed Registration of Birth as mandated in Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2021-01 and in the PSA Memorandum Circular No. 2024-17.

This conference also served as an avenue to promote CCRO’s programs and services, and to properly discuss issues and concerns related to civil registry laws and procedures.
