With the goal to capacitate and update our various Civil Registry Stakeholders in the Education Sector, the City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO) conducted a special Conference for School Administrators, Registrars and other Civil Registry Stakeholders and Partners last October 13, 2022 at AVR 5, City Hall.

To update the participants, vital topics in Civil Registry Laws and other Special Laws on Civil Registration were discussed.

Ms. Editha G. McCartney also introduced the Office’s innovations including its newest efficient online services through 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 which will become handy for School Registrars/Teachers in helping students with no Birth Certificate acquire one. She also addressed the queries and concerns of the participants regarding Civil Registration matters through an open forum.
